UAB MABRE LPC, the private limited liability company, successfully operates in the logistics business since 1991. After the reorganisation in 2008, UAB MABRE LPC became the assignee of the rights, assets and obligations of UAB Lietuviškų durpių krova, UAB Baltijos uosto paslaugų agentūra and UAB MT Logistic, and a fortunate successor of their businesses.
The specialisation of the business cultivated by UAB MABRE LPC is stevedoring of bulk and packaged cargo on the quays of Klaipeda State Seaport operated by the company and carriage of bulk cargoes by the vehicles of the company.
The company is also prepared to render the following services to the clients: ship agency and ship chartering; ship mooring; storage of goods in the territory of Klaipeda State Seaport; storage of goods in the customs bonded warehouses operated by the company in the territory of Klaipeda State Seaport; forwarding of all types of cargoes; rental of mobile stevedoring equipment.
History
UAB MABRE LPC was founded in 1991, it was reorganised in 2008, performing merger by acquisition of UAB Lietuviškų durpių krova, UAB Baltijos uosto paslaugų agentūra and UAB MT Logistic. The activities were optimised, and business of the merged companies is continued.
UAB Lietuviškų durpių krova (LDK) was established in 1994. Its activities were stevedoring of bulk and packaged cargo on the quays of Klaipeda State Seaport operated by the company, ship mooring, storage of goods in the territory of the port and in the customs bonded warehouses, rental of mobile stevedoring equipment. In 2001, the company was awarded a diploma of honour in the Competition of Successfully Operated Enterprises arranged by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists.
UAB Baltijos uosto paslaugų agentūra (BUPA), established in 1994. Its activities: ship agency and ship chartering, international and local carriage of bulk cargoes by the vehicles of the company, cargo forwarding.
UAB MT Logistic (MTL), established in 1992. Its activity was cargo forwarding.
UAB MABRE LPC is the member of the Association of Lithuanian Stevedoring Companies, the member of the Lithuanian Shipbrokers and Agents Association, and the member of the association Lithuanian Peat.
